Description:

The telephones are designed to withstand extreme environments including dust, dirt, salt, vibration, snow, rain and heat making them ideal for road, rail, tram and underground applications.

The Help Point Telephone increases the safety and efficiency of areas such as platforms by giving easy access to Emergency and Information lines.  The telephones provide hands-free loudspeaking communication using autodial buttons connected to pre-programmed numbers. The telephone is vandal resistant and can be flush or surface mounted.

The option of SMART (Self Reporting And Monitoring Telephone) software allows the telephones status to be remotely monitored for call and fault reporting.  Constant access to this information, as well as the ability to reprogram the autodial button numbers from a remote location at any time allows real time troubleshooting.

The Help Point telephone is already in use in many stations and airports across the UK and Europe.

Applications:
Road, rail, tram, airports, bus and undergrounds. In public areas where contact with information or emergency services may be required.
